Shared Business Services (SBS) Dublin

The EMEA SBS Centre is a multi-function Shared Business Services organisation to support business functions at a regional level. The EMEA SBS Centre currently supports commercial business transactions in the areas of Procure to Pay (PtP), Order to Cash (OtC), and Record to Report (RtR).

Establishment of the new EMEA SBS Centre in Dublin was announcement by An Taoiseach, Brian Cowen on 13th May 2010.

The Centre represents a significant additional investment by MSD in Ireland and builds on the success MSD has experienced through its other business presence in Ireland which include: manufacturing, clinical research, sales and marketing.

The SBS mission is to collaborate with our business partners to provide innovative services and solutions that help employees be more productive and enable MSD to operate effectively around the globe.
