Graduates are our future and we are committed to recruiting the best people and developing them to become the leaders of tomorrow. Our structured training programme takes two years, during which time graduates will have the opportunity to work in a series of interesting and varied roles. The programme comprises of a combination of “on site”, office-based, project specific experience and formal training. Mercury will guide the progression of the graduate’s skills and competencies. Each graduate will have a professional mentor and coach. Mercury Engineering has achieved the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Accredited Employer Standard with Engineers Ireland. Mercury is committed to support, mentor and guide our Graduates to achieve the Chartered Engineer status.
Successful Graduates will be recruited in their penultimate year of college for the programme. They are eligible to apply for the Mercury Bursary, a work placement during the summer prior to obtaining their degree and access to the Mercury Graduate Programme after qualifying.
