You do not need to be working in an accounts-related role to start the ACCA qualification. Students from any discipline are eligible to register with ACCA. Students are required to complete ACCA exams and gain three years’ relevant work experience to become qualified. Students can study part-time, full-time or by distance learning and work experience can be gained before, during or after the ACCA exams.
