We are continually looking to bring new associates on board who have an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for results and want to succeed in a values-based, learning organisation.

Graduates joining Mars Ireland can expect to work in a fast paced environment where you get real ownership, responsibility and freedom to make a difference from day one. Our graduate programme is made up of three rotations lasting between six and twelve months each. We aim to develop real competence and experience across several areas of our business. All graduate trainees will have at least one rotation within the sales function and may have the opportunity to complete one rotation in Mars UK. All graduates will receive mentoring and coaching and will be exposed to senior leaders in the business who will assist in their development.
