Training and development

Starting in September 2012, the Glanbia Graduate Programme will run for two to three years (depending on the discipline). Graduates will be given assignments which rotate them within and across business units in Ireland, Europe, USA and China, as appropriate. The programme offers graduates a real opportunity to gain responsibility early in their career and progress within the
organisation.
