Job Role:

  • Managing Clinics from start to finish - This involves setting up the medical clinic onsite at our client’s location.
  • The Clinic Co-ordinator will be required to work closely with our doctors, nurses and technicians going through the order of the day; type of tests to be completed; etc.
  • Managing medical supplies and equipment - The Clinic Co-ordinator will need to ensure that he / she has adequate supplies at all times.
  • The Clinic Co-ordinator welcomes participants to the clinics, books them in and explains how the clinic works and ensures they have a positive experience.
  • The Clinic Co-ordinator will work closely with the point of contacts in the location, reviews how the clinic is running and ensuring optimum participation.
  • Prepare an end of day report providing feedback / update on metrics and events of the day.

In addition:

  • This position will include some lifting and setting up of equipment for each clinic.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work Saturdays and evenings when necessary.
  • This position may involve nationwide travel, including overnight stays (expenses covered)
  • Full training for this role will be provided

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Full Clean Driving License
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage / lead people.
  • Strong administrative skills. Attention to detail is very important.
  • IT Literate (MS word, excel etc).
  • Discrete.
  • Reliable.
