The Role
CocoBee Childcare is looking for dedicated Montessori assistant to join our Team. You would be required to work with the room leader to ensure the smooth running of your room. As an assistant, you will ensure that all policies & procedures are followed including daily administrative requirements. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, warm and caring personality, great rapport with adults and children alike. The most successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude and have a good sense of team spirit.
Requirements:
- Minimum Fetac level 5 from a recognised childcare college with Montessori Training an advantage
- Some experience with childcare is an advantage
- Some knowledge of the required industry Health & Safety standards.
- Starting, attending or completion of First Aid certificate
- Starting, attending or completion of Manual Handling certificate
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
