The professional certificate is ideal for professionals who want to gain specialist knowledge in digital information management to augment previous graduate or undergraduate level work. If you are tasked with managing digital information in your day to day work, such as managing digital files and photos over time, this programme is for you.

In addition, with a 100% online or 50% online/50% week long condensed module format, this programme is idea for busy professionals who cannot regularly attend modules in person at UCD via the 12 week semester long format. It is also ideal for those living outside of Dublin or outisde of Ireland.

IS 40800 Introduction to digital information manamgement (online, semester 1 or semester 2)

If the student can deomstrate considerable prerequisite knowlege in this area, they may be able to substitute this module for an independent study project with permission of Programme Coordinator)
