Digital Strategy

What is this course about?
This module will enable the learner evaluate the relevance of digital strategy to organisational success. The content, context and nature of digital strategies and their processes of development are addressed.

Learners will engage with the strategy process, how its developed and how it interacts with various other parts of the business. Learners will understand the impact and implementation of a digital strategy to a business, and how it influences it core business model.

Learners will engage with digital innovation, understanding its elements in structure and implementation and its effect, its management and ongoing implementation.

Delivered through a series of lectures, and case based learning. Students will also engage in a series of learning activities that allow for implementation of learned knowledge.

Entry requirements

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.
