Law - Contemporary Issues in Sports Law - Module
The module seeks to introduce students to the key areas of law that apply to sport including contract law, civil law, criminal law, employment law, administrative law, gender and sport, doping, the impact of European Union Law on sport and commercial law (media rights, the regulation of sports' agents, branding, sponsorship). It will also examine alternative dispute resolution and child protection and safeguarding.

Entry requirements
This course is aimed at those working in the area in sports' governing bodies and clubs or anyone with an interest in sports law. Each candidate is considered on an individual basis whose academic qualifications, work experience, motivation and overall potential for the programme are evaluated.
