What is... Mentoring, Management & Leadership in the Early Years?
The new MA in Mentoring, Management & Leadership in the Early Years (MML) commenced in January 2017. It is a 90 ECTS credit programme with an exit award of a Post Graduate Diploma on completion of 60 ECTS credits.
This new programme is aimed at professionals working in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector who are currently in a management or leadership position, or for those who wish to progress their careers.

· Management in Early Childhood Education Services

· Leadership & Organisational change

Entry requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements?
Applicants must normally hold a minimum 2.2 result from a relevant Level 8 programme (eg, BA (Hons.) in Early Childhood Education). Applicants should have (a) formal management responsibilities as part of their work or have experience that has included dealing with issues and challenges that relate to management of the care environment and (b) should have at least two years' appropriate experience.
