Six Sigma is a business practice for eliminating waste and focusing on processes that add value while eliminating non-value adding activities.
This Postgraduate Diploma will provide participants with an introduction to six sigma management and statistical techniques. Learners will also complete an applied industry project where they will have the opportunity to practically apply the knowledge, skills and competencies gained from formal study and propose an improvement plan for a company based on Six Sigma Methodology.

Entry requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants will have an Honours degree in Business/Science/Engineering or an Honours degree in a related discipline (minimum of Second Class Honours, Grade 2 or equivalent) with at least 30 credits in Business/Science/Engineering.
