Sport Management
Introduced to meet an increasing demand for highly skilled managers in sport, this course provides an introduction to the key areas of business, management and sports management which are essential to build a successful career in the sports industry.
The MSc Sport Management is suitable for aspiring graduates from any academic discipline.
We ensure you have the practical and commercial knowledge required to make a difference and that this knowledge is put into practice via an in-built sports consultancy project.
You will acquire the knowledge and skills required to forge successful careers in commercial areas of the sports industry. Many graduates take up roles within the sports industry, in consultancy, marketing, or administration.
Others use their internship as an opportunity to build and develop effective links with employers. Our students have worked for organisations such as the Belfast Giants, Ulster Sport Academy, Sport Ireland, Adidas, Ecco, and the Irish Football Association.

Entry requirements
To apply to our postgraduate taught programmes, you must meet the University's General Entrance Requirements and any course-specific requirements.

Your Application
You can apply directly to Ulster any time of year. We advise that you submit your application two weeks prior to your course start date to ensure sufficient time to review your application and, should you be made an offer, complete all necessary enrolment admin.
To start an application, you must create an Ulster University account. Do not worry. You don't need to complete your application in one go. We understand that this is a big decision. Our admissions team are on hand to help you with both the form and any documentation that you may need as part of your application.
