Strategy Innovation & People management
This acclaimed, globally accredited programme delivers analytical and applied understanding of strategy, innovation and people management, a six-months work internship opportunity and global Human Resource Mangement (HRM) accreditation. The programme provides rigorous exposure to and insight into theory and practice, fosters critical thinking and equips graduates to work in the knowledge-based global economy. It also offers a six-month work internship opportunity. The university will secure internship opportunities; it is at the discretion of employers whether they shortlist and offer a position to applicants. (In the event of a position not being secured, a research project must be completed.). The MSc SIPM is approved and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) at the highest level, leading to a recognised, global professional qualification in HRM, following requisite experience. The programme comprises eight modules taught over two semesters, a research project and a continuous professional development (CPD) log. A variety of teaching approaches are employed, and each module has its own combination of learning and assessment methods, many involving an applied dimension with external companies.
