Participants will also develop critical awareness of labour market forces, emerging techniques, integrated approaches and how to effectively implement possible workforce management solutions for their organisation with all of this in mind. Certificates are available in Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness, Certificate in Strategic Workforce Planning and Certificate in Workforce Planning Process.
