Workforce Planning Process
What is this course about?
The aim of this course is to provide learners with strategic business planning. It is about how to implement appropriate plans to respond to proposed objectives, by linking strategic and operational activities and providing a clear line of sight in terms of performance goals and required outcomes. This is a practice based module covering the development of action plans. It considers 'what' to do and 'how' to do it, through building an integrated workforce planning approach.
