We're looking for commercially minded, entrepreneurial students who aspire to make a real impact in their career. Ambitious, and determined students are what we are looking for. We’d like to attract students who are working towards a career in leadership, where they can be responsible for successfully developing and leading those around them.

To enter you need to:

  • Be an undergraduate student with an interest in leadership as a future career.
  • Be in your penultimate or final year at university.
  • Be on track to attain a minimum of 2:1. This can be in any discipline.
  • Have the right to work in the European Union after graduation.
