Coca Cola HBC (Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company) is a bottling partner of The Coca Cola Company. This means that The Coca Cola Company manufactures and sells concentrates, bases and syrups to its bottling partners, owns the brands and is responsible for consumer brand marketing initiatives. We use the concentrates and syrups to manufacture, package, merchandise and distribute the final branded products to our trade partners and consumers.

We are a family of over 28 thousand engaged people. Each and every one of us is the secret ingredient of Coca-Cola HBC – one of the world’s largest bottlers and partner of The Coca-Cola Company. Our every day mission is to delight over 600 million consumers by offering a choice of over 190 iconic global and favourite local brands in the moments that matter, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our business has a strong heritage across Ireland and Northern Ireland, having refreshed local consumers for 80 years. Coca-Cola HBC is immensely proud of the contribution it makes directly and indirectly to the economy, employing a total of 750 people across the island. Our largest operation on the island is Coca Cola HBC Northern Ireland Limited, located in our Knockmore Hill plant in Lisburn, Co. Antrim. This facility employs over 450 staff to produce, distribute, market and sell a wide range of soft drinks. Our portfolio includes international brands such as Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite and Schweppes, as well as local brands such as Deep RiverRock and Fruice.
Our head office, Coca Cola HBC Ireland Limited is located in Huntstown Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 with a staff of more than 300 in the Republic of Ireland and 450 in Northern Ireland.

THE COCA-COLA HBC RISE PROGRAMME

The Coca- Cola HBC RISE Programme is designed for talented graduates to challenge and unbottle potential and grow into Coca-Cola HBC’s next generation of leaders. This 22- month programme blends unique skills within a fast-paced environment with mentoring from top leaders, participation within an international community, and exposure to responsibility early in your career.

Our Management Trainees are provided with an opportunity to lead important and impactful projects, understanding all areas of the business through rotational assignments and projects.

Our vision for the programme is fast tracked development to enable our graduates to become the managers and leaders of tomorrow within our exciting business.
