As part of our Dublin graduate programme you'll experience a series of 6 month rotations across our Technology and Operations teams, giving you a well-rounded view of the business and building your skills in business analysis and project management.

Where will I be working?

Our Dublin office is a brand new office in the centre of town, right next door to Tara street station and near to the shops, restaurants and bars in Grafton street and surrounding areas. We have a subsidised bistro and cafe as well as a great range of lunch options nearby. If cycling or running to work is your thing we also have a bike park, showers and changing facility on site. We believe in working flexibly where possible and invest in our technology resources so it’s easy for to work you in the office, on the go or from home.

What development and support will I receive?

Unlike other firms that hire high volumes, we take on a select number of graduates and as a result you'll be highly valued here with a high level of exposure to senior teams.

Our rotational scheme enables you build a breadth of experience quickly, we don’t believe in narrowly developing our graduates into specific roles. We’ll support you in crafting a career path that suits your interests and ambitions
