Who we are?

The M&M Walshe Group is a family-run business delivering high quality pork, bacon and sous-vide slow cooked meats on a global scale. The M&M Walshe Group consists of Callan Bacon based in Callan, Co. Kilkenny, Ribworld based in Fethard, Co. Tipperary, and Stirchley Bacon based in Birmingham, UK. Each of our sites operates to the highest international standards, all of which are AA-rated BRC approved.

Each company has a highly-dedicated, highly-competent management team with long –term experience and market knowledge supported by a highly trained workforce. This combined with our state-of-the-art facilities ensures that each company always has exciting product ranges that are equally matched by our capability to deal with large scale orders and production requirements.  Each site also has a complete traceability system that gives real-time traceability and stock control over every product throughout each facility.

Our Group is experiencing massive growth and so too is our reputation. In recent years, the Group has continually supported investments in areas such as New Product Development and expanding its operational capabilities, all aimed at meeting increasing demand for its products and expanding  market share.  Innovation is at the core of our Group and we are constantly thriving to increase our standards. During your two-year program you will have the opportunity to first apply your technical knowledge that you learnt in college and build upon your technical skills and begin to define your working style. In the final section of your Graduate program, you will begin to specialise and grow your personal competencies.
