Although academic ability does play an important part in our selection process, we also consider other factors and personal qualities when selecting candidates for interview. As a minimum, the successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals with:

  • honours degree
  • 400 CAO points (equivalent to 300 UCAS points)
  • problem solving skills: the ability to take the initiative, motivate and make decisions
  • excellent communication skills: the ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • team player: the ability to develop relationships with your team and our clients
