Johnson & Johnson in Ireland employs over 2,700 highly skilled and motivated employees who support our Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Consumer business through engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales and marketing, commercial and IT roles.
Johnson & Johnson has 11 sites throughout Ireland which are located in Limerick, Cork & Dublin. This comprises of 6 manufacturing plants, 4 commercial offices and an IT centre of excellence.
Johnson & Johnson has a large manufacturing presence in Ireland across the medical device, biologics and pharmaceutical industry. These manufacturing facilities are:
- Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Ireland operating as Vision Care in Castletroy, Limerick
- Depuy Synthes in Loughbeg, Ringaskiddy, Cork
- Janssen Biologics in Ringaskiddy, Cork
- Janssen Pharmaceutical in Little Island, Cork
- Our commercial offices are located in Cork and Dublin & our IT centre of excellence is located in the University of Limerick.

J and J Óige
Johnson and Johnson are a family of companies and while we often operate as separate entities we recognize the opportunities that working together can provide such as the sharing of innovative ideas, knowledge, talent and solutions within Campus Ireland.
J&J Óige was launched in 2015 to encourage the networking of young J&J employees within Ireland. J&J Óige is a platform from which young talent from Campus Ireland can get in touch with each other to generate and exchange knowledge and ideas, and explore opportunities.
