Graduate Careers with Arthur Cox

Trainee Development Programme

Our Trainee Development Programme is a two and a half year programme and we welcome applications from students and graduates of all disciplines. As our trainees are the future of the firm, our Trainee Development Programme does not leave the development of excellent lawyers to chance. Every trainee is given the tools to become a unique, expert lawyer and business advisor. At every stage of their training and development, our trainees are encouraged to push their boundaries and to get involved in work of the highest calibre in an environment designed to support their professional growth and development. They have the opportunity to work in five different practice groups and to complete a rotation in each of our four major practice fields: Corporate, Finance, Litigation and Property. Arthur Cox trainees also have the opportunity to do a rotation in our London office.

Arthur Cox is a team-based environment and our trainees are an integral part of our legal team. Our open-door culture means that questions and queries are encouraged. The majority of our trainees share an office with a partner.

Applications are now open and will close at 5:30pm on Wednesday 17 October 2018. For more information see
