My day to day role involves the development of the new Real Rewards loyalty programme. This involves developing a number of customer facing channels across the SuperValu brand including supervalu.ie, the new Real Rewards app as well as the in-store interactions with customers. From an internal point of view, my work has given me exposure to various departments e.g. Marketing, Sales, etc. which has helped develop my overall understanding of the business. I have found myself opposite top level management and store owners which have also helped develop both my interpersonal skills and business knowledge. The ability to see the results of the projects you work on in-store and in the media can be very rewarding. This really separates Musgrave from the work other graduate programmes provide. Graduates looking to join Musgrave should be prepared to work hard but also to reap the benefits of working for a well-respected and hugely successful company.
