I am responsible for the change management, planning and communications between my division and our project team as we upgrade our Financial Systems. I rotated between two divisions and the experience helped me to build relationships and be exposed to executive level decision making. Our graduate projects were a rewarding opportunity to work cross-functionally and deliver insights to our CEO.
To date, I have gained 2.5 years' experience in a fast paced, innovative, retail environment. I have passed all my CIMA exams and attended leadership development modules such as communications and project management at the IMI. I was shortlisted for the gradireland, Graduate of the Year 2016 and it was an amazing feeling to be recognised for the work I had done. How many other companies can offer that breadth of experience and development in such a short space of time?
