I originally came into the Global Support Services (GSS) business unit in VMware as an intern. I was given detailed training and support from day one; the role was extremely hands on. After initial training, I immediately became part of the team and was shortly working cases. After my internship I was offered a graduate role within GSS, which I started in July 2018. VMware has given me a massive opportunity to work in a highly professional environment and meet fantastic people.
