I joined the daa graduate programme in September 2017 and I work on the Travel Services team which is responsible for Lounges, Fast Track, Airport Club and Platinum Services. My primary role is to manage the contract of the Dublin Airport Lounge’s service provider. This involves managing day to day operations of the lounges, compiling reports, managing marketing initiatives and, ultimately working with our service provider to create a great customer experience for our lounge users. My role also includes engaging with our airline partners and other key stakeholders, negotiating contracts and helping to support revenue growth across the business. What’s great about my role is that it allows me to work cross-functionally giving me great insight into different areas of the company.
