From starting at Citrix, back in December 2015, I have been working in the Networking Support Team to provide technical assistance for Citrix ADC, Gateway and SDWAN.

Since starting work here, I have provided support for multi-national organizations, coordinated with global teams, mentored and trained newer members of the team, worked and provided feedback to our Engineering teams to help solve issues and improve our products.

I also had the opportunity to present technical sessions for teams and partners all over Europe and the Middle East, as well as locally in our Dublin based office.
