How would you describe your firm’s culture both in the office and after hours?

"There is no problem to chat and enjoy ourselves in work as long as we still get work done. We regularly go out for drinks together after work. There are social events set up like football and gaming."

"SQS has a very open, friendly and supportive culture. Questions are welcomed and everyone is happy to help wherever possible. For example, if I require a walkthrough of a system, I know that someone will set aside time to provide assistance. SQS places importance on sharing knowledge gained - presentations take place in the office once a month that allow consultants to share their experiences on site. This is also a great opportunity to network and catch up with other consultants. SQS have a range of social clubs that have monthly events so there's something to suit everyone."

"Strong emphasis on learning, teamwork, cooperation. SQS has good structures in place to help people grow and progress in their role. There is also a fun social side to SQS which helps create a friendly atmosphere among employees."
Midlevel, Dublin
"On starting employment, all members are told about the hierarchy of the company, and how to progress. There is emphasis on teamwork both in and out of the office. Any employee who has an idea for a club or society will be given the chance to develop it and get a small financial contribution from SQS."
Entry level, Dublin
"There is great culture within SQS especially following the launching of a new clubs initiative to get everyone in the company meeting up, whether it is playing golf or going hiking."
Midlevel, Dublin
"Social events are quite frequent, which is a great way for people to get to know each other. Also, there is no divide between senior management and lower level staff. Everyone treats each other equally."
Graduate, Dublin
"There are many societies and nights out organised to improve morale among staff and gives people an opportunity to socialise with other work colleagues."
Graduate, Dublin
"The culture is good however it can be difficult to socialise if not working directly with a team. I myself work directly with only two SQS employees so it can be very difficult to build relationships with employees outside of that."
