How would you describe your firm’s culture both in the office and after hours?

"Generally, there is a good sense of teamwork and mutual respect amongst colleagues. Special occasions are always celebrated, but socialising outside of work does not occur too often, although this is because of the location of the business and the fact that most people drive to work."
HR, Graduate, Naas
"I have found there to be a very good atmosphere in Head Office. The Great Place to Work initiative significantly altered company culture. Our partnership with Barretstown has also helped, as many of the events we organise are in aid of that charity; we have had staff nights out, table quizzes, coffee mornings, fancy dress parties and even an Ice Bucket Challenge with the Board of Directors."
Graduate, Newbridge
"My department is very much a team oriented department, in which we are all working towards the same goals and lend a hand to one another whilst striving to meet our objectives. We have fun during our work day, and often go for team lunches. We also try to do team bonding every few months; for example, last month we did the Viking Splash and went out for food and drinks after."
Midlevel, Kildare
"I think that the company culture is changing slowly, as the company are realising that employees come first. Staff here are amongst the friendliest and helpful I have met."
Midlevel, Newbridge
