How would you describe your firm’s culture both in the office and after hours?
"The culture seems friendly with plenty of opportunities to socialise. There is no obvious difference in people's attitude due to their status in the company. This really makes new employees feel comfortable."Entry level, Dublin
"My colleagues here are great, you can ask whoever you want and will always get help. Bosses are always available to help and you don't need to do anything special, just call at the door."Midlevel, Dublin
"Attitudes are very positive in the company. In the office we promote knowledge sharing sessions and initiatives for personal improvement as well as technical training related to our role. After hours we do hang out as friends as well and organize sports activities and dinners, for example, as a chance to get to know each other better outside of the working environment."Midlevel, Dublin
"We have a very flat management structure; everyone's opinion and work is respected in equal measure. We also have a very active social club with plenty of activities to choose from."Graduate, Dublin
"Guidewire is a multicultural company, and has different activities beside work, (like sports, cinema, food centre and more), which help co-workers to interact in activities outside of work."Graduate, Dublin
"There is minimal hierarchy and every employee's opinion and career success is of high importance. There are several social clubs focusing on sport, travel and social events to name a few. There is a strong focus on employee success and career progression within the company; either through promotion in one area or the openness for employees to move into other areas of interest within the company."Entry level, Dublin
"There are lots of activities to get involved with besides work, including sports, travel club, thirsty Thursdays, food centre, etc."Entry level, Dublin
"The culture is the best part about Guidewire. There are lots of clubs/societies, regular pool and foosball competitions and social events."Entry level, Dublin
"The people who work here are great. We organise regular events and have a monthly thirsty Thursday where we hang out in the office after work with drinks. There are also many different societies like travel club and movie club."Entry level, Dublin
"Guidewire really values collegiality and has a structure in place to push that value. Everyone is always willing to help you, whether they are above or below you. We have an open-floor office, so regardless of your role in the company you will be sitting beside people which encourages you to get to know your co-workers. We regularly hold social events and start social clubs which means you constantly make new friends when you work here."Midlevel, Dublin
