"The business culture is very casual and approachable, with cooperation and teamwork being excellent. However, there can sometimes be long processes of decision making. Socialising after hours isn't common but there are team events twice a year."
Marketing, Graduate, Schlieren, Zürich
"The level of hierarchy varies depending on the team. Some teams go for dinner after work and colleagues are like friends. This all very much depends on the team you're in."
HR, Graduate, Eisleben (Germany)
"We have a very good atmosphere in the office but, on a larger scale, there can be a divide between different departments in Aryzta as there isn't much mingling."
Marketing, Graduate, Dublin
"Teamwork is starting to improve but this can be hard with regular staff changes. I think there should be more social events for staff outside of the workplace."
Mid level, Dublin
"This varies across the company on both a business unit level and departmental level."
Graduate, Dublin
"It depends on the department. Some of them are very close, but others can have a structure and hierarchy that's more blurred and this makes cooperation harder. Overall, there is a good environment, the people are friendly and some teams go out together. We also have yearly company dinners."
Entry level, Berlin, Germany
"The culture could be improved as not everyone gets involved when we run employee events."
Human Resources, Graduate, Dublin
"I think the company culture differs depending on the area of the business you are in. For example, in the food services offices, the culture is really friendly, with birthdays regularly being celebrated and we are constantly socialising both in and out of the office. Conversely, the culture is very different in the warehouse as it's very work-focused and there's less socialising."
Graduate, Dublin - Clondalkin, Grange Castle Business Park
