"The employment of women is high here, and there is a publicised focus on LGBT, with good efforts to increase the LGBT profile, including marching in a parade. Some ethnic minority hiring is evident too, but I do not see it as a notable feature of employment patterns, and there is similar hiring from top level universities in Ireland, where there are not many minorities in this pool. I personally have not heard much in relation to childcare and maternity leave."

"There are fantastic clubs and societies geared at supporting parents, LBGT and Women in the workplace. All staff members that go on maternity leave are given a buddy who has gone through motherhood and is dealing with work/life balance."

"Accenture places great emphasis on diversity; International Women's Day is one of the biggest annual events at the company. There are LGBT Societies, Accent on Women programmes, a Prayer room, Maternity Buddy System and Accent on Family programme - the scale of Accenture globally allows us to be a world leader in diversity."

"Accenture pride themselves on recruiting and maintaining a diverse workforce (including initiatives supporting ethnic minorities and LGBT, like GAZE film festival). There are lots of initiatives to actively work against discrimination of any kind and this is deeply ingrained in Accenture's core values."
