"The interview comprised of an assessment day which had an interview, competency based test and a few role playing activities. If you got offered a job you were sent to a three-week intensive training course in South Africa which tests were carried out and you had to pass to continue on to be a full-time member of staff."
Graduate, Belfast
"For a graduate assessment day you will be assessed for a full day. The day enables you to really display your talents and skills easier than just a straightforward interview. You will need to sit a skills assessment exam. This is a multiple choice exam which help determines your technical ability. Then there is some team work activities that help determine how you operate within a team. Finally there will be an interview at the end of the day which will help answer some other questions about you and your ambitions and motivations."
