Interview Process (graduates)

What form did the interview process take? What kind of questions were you asked in your interview?

"Initially you must complete an application form. Then, successful candidates were brought to a day long assessment centre, and grouped into their chosen stream and assessed with the other candidates for that stream. This is followed by a first round interview and then a second round for which you also had to prepare a presentation in addition to the interview."
HR, Graduate, Naas
"The level of difficulty varies across roles. For more senior positions the company prides itself in hiring the best, and therefore the hiring process can be tough. For the Graduate Programme the interview process involves an initial application form, an assessment centre (group activities and speed interviews) and a final presentation for the Head of Advertising and an Advertising Executive."
Graduate, Newbridge
"I was initially hired as a trainee store manager and so I was assessed on that basis. The interview consisted of an assessment day to look at my leadership qualities, followed by a final interview for final formalities."
Midlevel, Kildare
"Lidl look for high quality applicants who can show their potential. Dependent on the position you are applying to, an online application must be filled out first, then you may be brought to an assessment centre, followed by an interview."
