Interview Process (graduates)
7.5 / 10
(based on 31 ratings in 2014)
What form did the interview process take? What kind of questions were you asked in your interview?
"I went through a total of six interviews: one telephone interview with the Director of HR; two remote interviews; one with my present manager and the second with a member of the team. There were then three face-to-face interviews in the Dublin office."Experienced, Dublin
"Interview process is thorough and egalitarian but tough. Strong OOP knowledge and good teamwork skills are essential and are tested."Entry level, Dublin
"I had a phone interview, after that a code test, and the last step was three face-to-face interviews."Midlevel, Dublin
"The process consists of an initial recruiter phone screen, followed by a code test and a technical phone interview. Passing that, the candidates are welcomed for a three hour face-to-face interview with three different people."Midlevel, Dublin
"The interview process is long but not very difficult if you are technically-minded. Between the code test, technical call and the interview in the office, it takes a total of around seven hours. If hired, you will have to complete certification which is not easy so the interviewers assesses whether you will be able to certify."Consulting, Midlevel, Dublin
