"You have to be open to everything. You can't be sure what role you will be offered or what country it will be in."

"I found Kingspan's application process to be one of the best that I went through. It began with an application form followed by an initial interview, with the last stage being group interviews with senior executives across the group. The last stage is really intense but massively rewarding because, by the time you are done, you know whether you want to work for Kingspan. Before attending the interview, get an understanding of the Kingspan business and know what kind of work you want to do."
Marketing, Graduate, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan
"The application process for Kingspan is very long but worth the effort, I recall that it took me over three days to complete the application form. I believe that Kingspan has such a long application form as it wants graduates who are willing to show effort from the start."
Entry level, Kingscourt, Co. Caven
"Spend time on the application form and make sure that it's a good reflection of you. This will be used throughout the interview process so it's vital to get it right. One other bit of advice is to be yourself during the interview and be honest about your strengths and weaknesses."
Graduate, Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic
"Kingspan has a graduate programme that hires young specialists straight from university. If you want to be successful in the interview then you need to study Kingspan's field of work and prepare by thinking about how you will present yourself including your projects at university, hobbies, interests and previous places of work."
