Offices & Dress (graduates)

6.6 / 10

(based on 8 ratings in 2014)

How would you describe your firm's office space, location and facilities? Is there a dress code at your firm?

"In my department, dress code is corporate casual, i.e. no ties for men. The office space has become a bit tight due to the growth of the company. We currently are split over two buildings which can affect ease of communication between departments, however, we are moving to a new head office building within two years. My department is currently trialling 'hot desking' so we are all on laptop and mobile and do not have assigned seating."
HR, Graduate, Naas
"I find the office space to be slightly crowded with few facilities - small canteens, no showers, no hot food to purchase on the premises. We are currently in the process of developing our new Head Office building in Tallaght, which will have state of the art facilities for working and relaxing."
Graduate, Newbridge
"My department is a test department for our New Way Of Working office, which we will be moving to next year. We have state of the art technology and ergonomic furniture that is designed to make us more collaborative and productive."
Midlevel, Kildare
"We are building new offices at the moment because our current offices are far too small for the level of staff we have. We are located in Newbridge, which is good as it is only 30 minutes from Dublin. The dress code is simple, business wear, with the exclusion of a tie."
Midlevel, Newbridge
