"Getting to build up to 10 days extra holiday days per year through overtime is great, and there are also good social events held throughout the year in nice locations."

"Overtime is the best perk as a lot of consulting companies don't offer this. You can use your overtime to increase your holidays to a max of an extra 10 days on top of your statutory holidays! There are also team nights out and subsidised weekends away, and you are given a laptop at work."
