"ALG pays trainees a generous bonus upon passing their exams. There are a variety of activities offered by the firm including a staff choir and yoga classes, which are quite unusual. As well as the usual firm-wide events, the firm also funds several trainee-specific social events."

The firm offers bonuses for passing your professional practice course (PPC1 and PPC2) and at Christmas. The firm matches your pension contribution of up to 5% of your salary and contributes 485 euros towards your health insurance. The firm often runs raffles for match and concert tickets."

"The firm offers a number of subsidised services for its employees including dry cleaning and an in-house restaurant and café. There are also a number of discounts available to employees in local restaurants, bars and shops. Taxi fares are covered by the firm after certain hours and the social committee raffle off free tickets to events every month. The firm also contributes towards our private pensions."

"My favourite thing has been a trip to the cinema. The firm rented a theatre and got snacks for everyone. It was a really lovely evening. The firm also sponsors trainee weekends away, which are really good fun."

"There are often free tickets to shows and gigs raffled off for those interested. The firm pays for your taxi home if you've worked late to ensure you stay safe. If you contribute 5% of your salary to your pension fund, the firm matches it. There are loads of celebratory nights out and events that are organised, and paid for, by the firm."

"Every month the social committee give away tickets to different concerts/plays. There is a trainee weekend away in October, there are many different events which are brilliant fun and are fully subbed by the firm e.g. summer BBQ, Strictly Come Dancing and a casino night."
