"There is a great sense of support and togetherness among the trainee intake and among the wider group of trainees. The traineeship programme itself is excellent, with a strong emphasis on career development and training. The salary is good (as far as trainee solicitor salaries in Ireland go) and the canteen and coffee dock are excellent. The social events organised throughout the year are very good as well."

"The exposure we get to high-profile clients and transactions. The training and experience we receive as trainees, both practically and through talks/workshops that are organised for us. The pay is also a significant benefit. Finally, I really enjoy the social aspect of having a big intake of people of similar ages and all the social events."
Second year trainee,
"The firm is committed to an open-door policy and in-office learning for trainees. The social scene within the firm is also very active and we have enjoyed a wide variety of events, both among trainees and across the entire office.
