"We went to analyst consulting school for two weeks in Chicago and have completed various Lean Six Sigma courses since then. The training offered is quite good."

"There were two weeks at a consulting school in Chicago and online training from SkillSoft."

"The two days of induction training is given upon first joining the company. Then you learn on the job and on client sites before receiving further training after being on the job for six months."
Graduate, Dublin
"The training programme is one of the best in the country. As part of your induction you will attend one of Accenture's Global Learning Centres where you have the chance to improve your skills and also meet other employee's from around the world."
Graduate, Dublin
"When entering as a graduate, you receive two weeks of training. For me, it was in Chicago and I met people in the same role from all around the world. The training equipped you to go on client site and deal with problem solving. Accenture has training courses online constantly and often offers courses in soft skills like public speaking. They also provide funding for external studies, such as gaining the certificate in project management."
Consulting, Graduate, Dublin
"A lot of the training I have received has been in presentation format. However, I am more of a fan of interactive training. I have learned a range of core consulting skills through attending the consulting university in St. Charles."
