Role Purpose

The graduate’s role will involve understanding and researching the market for project support services / project delivery services in the UK market.

The role will include:

  • Assisting the marketing manager with test messaging, copy blocks, value proposition etc with potential leads and customers
  • Working with the marketing manager to run test marketing campaigns into the identified target audience
  • Validating the approach in the overseas market through sound market research facilitated by a formal research framework designed and developed by the marketing manager

Graduate Tasks / Key Deliverables

The graduate’s main tasks / deliverables will include the following:

  1. Familiarise self with Auxilion, our current marketing positioning and our mission / vision to grow in the UK
  2. Familiarise self with the UK market, trends towards digital/cloud services and propensity for the market to adopt virtual / remote project support services and project delivery services
  3. Understand the market research framework to be used for the UK market
  4. Execute market research with support and guidance from the marketing manager
  5. Document the research and report back to marketing manager on a weekly basis
  6. Assist the marketing manager to apply the market research to define the service offering messaging, positioning, value proposition, copy-blocks and marketing collateral – both digital and traditional

Skills / Knowledge Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A keen interest and capability in research skills, leveraging primary and secondary research
  • Ability to work as part of a small marketing team and ability to work on own initiative when required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in new technology, online services and project management services
  • Interest in leveraging research to support new service development and carrying validation through to marketing materials, market positioning and strategy (end to end service development lifecycle)
