Role Purpose

CR2 have an exciting opportunity for two graduates with an interest in marketing. As a graduate in CR2 you will help to build a new go-to market strategy for several countries. To support the development of your market strategy you will conduct market research and build a database through social media and other channels of potential clients. You will be heavily involved in the design of marketing campaigns online and on site (trade fairs). Using the strategy you create, you will work with different stakeholders to gain insights into the solution and help to raise awareness in new markets.

Graduate Tasks / Key Deliverables

The graduate’s main tasks will include the following:

  1. Create a market strategy for several countries
  2. Conduct market research on new territories
  3. Build a database of potential clients through social media
  4. Market solutions via social media
  5. Propose and design online marketing campaigns
  6. Identify and attend trade fairs and exhibitions
  7. Measure the results of your actions using key performance indicators
