Graduate Administrator

THE ROLE

BNP Paribas are looking for a recent graduate to join their Banking Operations Department on a permanent basis. We are looking for a graduate who is strong, bright and ambitious with attention to detail and has the ability to work in team in a busy, dynamic operational environment.

The Inventory Management department manages the purchase/sale of stock managed by a BNP Paribas entity, Utexam. Stock is reconciled and controlled on behalf of large global corporate clients.

As a graduate, you will learn and develop new skills for this role to ensure that you can support and assist the business and operations of the bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of Inventory Purchases and Sales using System and manual processes 
  • Processing of client funding requirements
  • Control of processes
  • Implementation of new client Inventory Management programmes
  • Reconciliation of inventory with internal and external systems
  • Reconciliation of company cash accounts
  • Customer, business and audit Queries

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Third Level Qualification – require at least a 2:2 final degree grade.
  • Financial Services or Business Degree will be advantageous.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • No relevant work experience required but an internship in Financial Services or Business Sector will be beneficial.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Banking will be of value.
