What you’ll be doing -
- Engage with students over the phone providing the highest-level of customer support possible
- Manage the relationship for a portfolio of diverse students
- Provide product insight and support to ensure the best possible experience for students attending our courses
- Work closely with Student Support and Product Development personnel to assist delivery of any product enhancements and new feature requests.
- Proactively identify areas of business process improvement designed to enhance the overall student experience
- Act as primary support liaison between company and students
What you’ll bring to the team -
- Previous customer support experience is advantageous
- Work independently in a fast-paced customer support environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently and accurately
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Relevant degree/diploma/qualification from a business or marketing related discipline preferable
