One intensive development experience.
The DCC Graduate Programme offers you an opportunity to work in up to two different companies, divisions and countries over the course of the two year programme.
Alongside your on-the-job training, there will be regular learning and development opportunities and we will also provide funding for you to gain a professional qualification. You will be supported throughout the programme by your Line Manager, a dedicated Coach, a Graduate Buddy, your Graduate Programme Business Contact and of course, the Graduate Programme team.

So as a Business Management Graduate Executive, you’ll be able to build up your commercial skills and experience while learning from the very best. There will be opportunities for you to gain exposure to various aspects of our business including procurement, retail, HR, logistics, operations and sales & marketing.
Typical projects you may be involved in include:
- Contribute to post-acquisition integration of a newly acquired business
- Work with senior management on business forecasting and planning
- Manage sales projects as part of a fast-paced central function
What we look for
As well as a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong team, communication and relationship building skills. You will also need to be highly adaptable and given the rotational nature of the programme, you must also be willing to move regularly around the UK, Ireland and potentially to Europe.
