Agile Networks (Agile) has been listed as one of the top 10 firms in the Deloitte Fast 50 for the past 2 years, won 17 national and international awards since 2013 and grown from start-up to the largest independent network integrator in 5 years. However this rapid growth needs structure particularly around market development and customer care aspects. The MD is a former marketing graduate who spend 4 years lecturing undergrad and post grad classes and has a clear vision for the business but needs help to execute it. Agile need a professional business profile which matches their much larger competitors – firms like Fujitsu, Eircom, BT, and IBM To achieve this the MD has highlighted the following key projects which need to be completed.


  • Customer Care – a structured customer care programme including customer visits to top clients to elicit feedback and communicate changes in the business
  • Business Communications – a coordinated portfolio of communications tools including presentations, website, and related collateral that communicate the business plan clearly
  • Case Study Programme – working with account manager, technical consultant and customer to capture recent significant projects including customers listed below
  • Managed Services Launch – working across operations, sales, and administration launch a new managed services proposition to new and existing customers


  • Direct access to tier 1 customers including Aviva, Paddy Power, Analog Devices, Abbot Labs, Three, Realex, HEAnet, Department of Justice, RDS, and HSE
  • Working with account managers, consultants and engineers aligned to customers above
  • Direct interaction with MD to align vision with corporate comms and customer care
  • Office based 70% with 30% onsite with customers (mostly greater Dublin based)


  • Interest in IT sector and comfortable with IT terminology
