HR Administrator

To work as part of the Human Resources team in providing a professional, high quality and timely, customer focused, Human Resource service, by providing administration support to the Human Resources department.  Responsible for providing an efficient, timely, comprehensive and confidential administration support for all aspects of the HR function.

This is a key position within the HR team and therefore duties and responsibilities will be subject to change.  Generally the HR Administrator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, efficient and confidential administration support, to the HR team, on all aspects of the HR function.  This includes but is not limited to: Recruitment, Access NI, NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council), Absence, Terms and Conditions and managing employee incentives.     

The confidentiality policy must be upheld at all times, as the successful applicant will be entrusted with employee’s confidential information and confidential information about people with Autism and or learning disabilities and their families and staff.  Any breach of confidentiality may be deemed as gross misconduct.
