We are recruiting for 2 podiatrist to join our team to take over an existing caseload. This is a self-employed role working alongside Physios, the role will be a mix of chiropody and biomechanics- we are also investing in the latest biomechanics gaitscan and 3d scanning software.
Individuals must be able to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of foot and lower limb problems. Using the skills gained you will be asked to treat a vast range of problems from corns, callus, nail conditions, verrucae, musculoskeletal cases and nail surgery. On occasions you will be required to treat foot ulcerations. Individuals will be involved in prescribing custom-made orthosis using the latest gait scan technology- training will be provided for this.
It is also important to educate patients, family members and caregivers on preventative foot care measures and continuing treatment of disorders.

- BSc Hons Podiatry
- HCPC registered
- Access to a car with a full driving licence
- Be effectively able to plan, organise your workload and use your own initiative
